AC Transit serves Alameda with a robust network of routes providing both local circulation and regional connectivity. Multiple lines link destinations across the island and connect riders to key transit hubs.
Three ferry terminals serve Alameda—Main Street (7 days/week), Seaplane Lagoon (weekdays), and Harbor Bay (weekday commute). Fast, reliable connections to Downtown SF, Jack London Square, and South San Francisco.
Free service between Alameda Landing (Bohol Circle Immigrant Park) and Jack London Square aboard the MV Woodstock. Tuesday–Sunday, 5–7 minute crossing. No ticket or reservation needed.

The nearest BART stations are 12th Street/City Center and Fruitvale. Reach them via AC Transit bus, or by bike or on foot to the water shuttle to Jack London Square, where you can connect to AC Transit.
